Using SeatX

SeatX connects students with libraries and study spaces, and provides library owners with tools to manage seats, bookings, and payments. By using SeatX, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for its intended purpose.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of booking and may vary by library.

Library owners

Library owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listed seats, plans, pricing, and availability, and for honoring confirmed bookings made through SeatX.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.
